New Zealand Working Holiday

What is a working holiday? Is a holiday with not only travel, but working and living at desire location, and experiencing real living culture that you can not gain from visiting cultural center. I categorize travel planning into two, first is travel with money, but no time, taking package with planned itinerary and destination, taking fastest logistic in order to go as much as location with limited time, all accommodation and meal are pre-arrange, no worry on planning, just get your SD card empty, and fasten your seat belt.

Some says no money to travel, which come to my second category, you can travel with time, but no money, with self planning, risk taking, and time consuming, i will say you need to have right expectation. Imperfection equal to adventure, is not a bad thing, that could be the one enlighten your memory or experience that no one else have, remember, Memorable trip is not only how much fun you gain, is how much you learned and inspired...

I have joined New Zealand Working Holiday, or NZWH, apply visa offering anyone between 18-31 an opportunity to work legally at New Zealand, experiencing kiwi's life... and funding yourself for travelling during holiday.

Thank you for sharing your time in NZ with the Shand family, it was great to read from a visitors perspective. I have followed Raewyn's blog for years now and enjoyed all her posts. To read yours gave a different insight and a wonderful perspective. Will go and read all your trip now around NZ
