World Southernmost City- Invercargil

Leaving nice natural view of Fiordland, we are heading toward south... thru a nice scenic highway....
At one view point, i guess is Southernmost coast, with a sign board, which pointing toward sea to some island, i remember one of that is Steward Island, which is island nearest to south antartica, is a no man island but great natural habitat for native birds and pengiun at south hemisphere... This photo capture by Esther, i like the angle... is like reminding us not to forgot our direction, althought the sea seem endless....
Polulation of sheep in NZ is greater than man... do you believe? They all looking at you now...
Few days trip bring us to Southernmost city of the world, a U turn point for my South Island tour...Concrete art in town... Inspired by Moari culture...
Historic church, accompany by tree with lot memories...
Another land mark...
Historic plus classic building, you can imagine history and settlement of this city...
Something modern, can you see few people trapped in this metal piece?
Queens Park, nice park to go... except someone try to kick me from behind.
Birds in Queens Park, now only i aware my zooming is insufficient...
Nice design and effort to dublicate habitat for birds...
I remember someone say this is worthy for chinese medicine market...
Unique reptile in New Zealand, Tuatara which almost extint...so flash photography is not allow... even if you insist, flash give reflection as the display covered by glass. Hence for dearest photographer, please don't frighten our Tuatara...
Leaving Invercargil, we pass by a water fall... do i seem down? or seem old?
Nugget point light house, first point that we suppose to see penguin, and some other sealife...Even not manage witness any penguin here, but the view is nice... just image if i can stand on one the rock, maybe some penguin will say "hi" to me...
Another nice lagoon view...
Those little dots, in white and black... Is what more than population of man in NZ...
Before widen you mind, you must have a wide space...
Before widen continiuesly, you must have wide space with little continues dynamic...

U-turn at Invercargil is a turning point, from natural arm to civilization world of South Island, as well as pengiun hunting, hehe...
