Along the way from Taopo to National park, 3 mountain-Mt Tongariro, Mt Ruapehu, Mt Ngrauruhoe... really consume a lot bytes of my memory card, look magnificent... i never see a peak with white color snow... one of the mountain is where the devil stay, Mt Doom in the LOTR... That scenic route really impressive, but the driver seem like not considerate, speeding all the way...
Thursday, 23 Jun 2005, arriving the a village beside tongariro national park.
Off course, i didnt stay in the grand look hotel, i forgot the name but i'm sure this the famous one, i saw that hotel in one poster before, where behind the hotel, there is a volcano explored... ohya... this national park is volcanic heritage...
Dorm i stayed in National Park Backpackers... my dorm mate wasnt around for some activities in national park... but i miss that...
This village have a lot backpacker house, visitor here mainly come for tongariro crossing, and skiing, other activity is kayak, fishing, bike... i didnt come for that, so i plan to leave tommorow.
i found a trail called fishing road.... but the condition wasnt good, i need to stop half way as i also not interested about fishing...
I just walk along the country road...
