HK Day 1- National Day of China at Hong Kong

Oct 1st is Natioanal Day and first day of golden week holiday in China. Unrealizing that, i bought AirAsia ticket to HK on that day 1 year ago.... Here is my vacation together with N million of people. (N= 1,2,3,.....)
From airport of Hong Kong, we took bus A21, heading to Argyle Street, Mong Kok. Is a double decker bus welcoming us... We bought Octopus Card from customer servise at Arriving Hall... *** Tips!!! After custom and before go out to arrival hall, there is a tourism helpdesk, that is best place for you to pick up map of Hong Kong, you can not get it from other place easily...

Crossing a bridge, which looked like Penang Bridge, but this one is higher...

After check in and lunch, we took MRT to Tsim Sa Zui, or Victory Bay, where you can have a nice view over Hong Kong island. Tonight going to have special firework for the celebration of China 60 years!!!

Get ready!!!

We take a rest here at Art Galleri, and i manage to snap a photo on a traditional wood ship sailing accross...

Starwalk is here, but the award sculpture doesn't seem like main attraction for local, they are now preparing for the show tonight, so tourist need to take photo of award from far....

We finally found this, is really a lot people start to "reserve" space for the show... again... Connie Chan able to join the crowd tonight....

Bruce Lee, ar.. chor.....!!! He is protecting Hong Kong from me....

Art of bamboo on construction site, try imagine Jackie Chan suddently jump out from the green net, or jumping around bamboo and fighting with bad guys...

Firework presentation start on 8pm, but the time when i arrive Victoria is only 4-5pm... and we can see a lot people is reserving space, and prepare their DSLR, or maybe half of those came from China mainland for their GOLDEN VACATION LEAVE... and i thanks to my sister, she borrow me her D60 and make me able to take photo at night....

So we wait until 8pm, and we manage to watch firework on top Victoria Bay, is very grand... creative, colourful and dynamic together with sound effect which i don't know from where... Is a fantastic presentation... That is a half hour show, but i didn't take much photo, but i think you can get more video from Youtube if you want...

After the firework, crowd is dismissing... is a lot people... but i think uniform control the condition well, all tunnel closed and people moving around Nathan Road near to the bay area... maybe heading MRT, home, or look for food like me...

However, is really a lot people at restaurant, we went to tai ka lok, no seat available, and we take away the food back to Hostel at Mong Kok, i took char siew rice, others i forgot... but that char siew is a bit hard comparing char siew that i know...
